Hi all! I'm new here. I just started the six medically supervised diet before surgery and I'm not even sure I know what I'm supposed to be doing. I know my insurance requires a six month failed attempt diet but does the Dr. require me to lose? They wouldn't give me any info just said do 1500 to 2000 calories a day, so many proteins, fats, and carbs. What is my goal here? PLEASE HELP!
