  1. stupid head games!!!!

    So ive been staying at 1000 or less calories a day with around 65 to 70g of protein. However I feel like I'm eatn a crap ton of food - like even when I'm not hungry because I see that I have calories I can still use for the day. So I graze on crap I shouldn't. I keep my self busy around the house and with the kids. But man watch out if I'm just sitting around for awhile. I'm just shy of 5 months out is this just a passing phase. Man I hope so!     Personal question - has any one on this site had a tummy tuck, thigh tuck, or there breast done after a year or better? If so how long were you off work and how was recovery/pain?
