No budging.... Darn Scale

Good morning:
I am a little frustrated, I am on a level of no movement.
(my weight hasn't changed in 2 weeks at all) Nada!

I know I can expect this to happen and should just make peace with it.
Clearly, it still bothers, what are things are good options so shake things
up a bit.????

    I am in the same boat, 2 weeks feel like a lifetime. I am going to try to change up my workout and see if that helps. Don't know what else to do

    I went through 2-3 wks sometimes with no weight loss.... just tried to drink more water and more protein maybe up the exercise.I know its soooooooooooo frustrating. But keep up the good work
