For all of you that has followed me on this site you know that I work Offshore for a living. I tend to post a lot more while I am at work then when I am home. Today is crew chage and after 21 days offshore I am looking forward to going home and re-connecting with the family. I am going to start trying to check in more when im home but I am not making promisis. Godspeed to everyone that is on this journey. Keep your heads held high and trust me we all KNOW the struggle of the journey. I have heard it best that it is a marathon and not a sprint. Many people can commit to something new for a short period of time, but not everyone can commit to something new that last forever. We are brave in the fact that we made a decision to make a lifestyle change that will FOREVER affect the way we live. This is for the rest of our lives so lets all get out there and live a little better then we could yesterday.
I recenly read that "Life is like a coin, you can spend it on anything you like, but you can only spend it once". So make the most out of what you have spent your "coin" on. Hug your loved ones a little closer, spend a little more quality time with them. None of us are promised tomorrow and when it comes to life there are NO do-overs. Godspeed to each and everyone of you. God Bless.
