It really did take me about 18 months to get back to somewhat regular and even now (6 months later) my periods are heavier than they were before. My friend is further out from me, she had her tubal 3 years ago and she is still very irregular with heavy periods. She has been seeing her doctor and one of the options they gave her to try and fix it was a reversal! (No, thank you!)
Anyway, I just bring this up because you said you got your tubes tied when you had your sleeve done so while it could be your rapid weight loss that is affecting your periods, it could also just be from the tubal. Or from both. Or from neither...I'm a lot of help, huh? ;p
