I set a pre-starting work goal weight of 299 pounds. I hit it. Almost 7 months post-up and down just about 100 pounds is sort of incredible.
I no longer eat out (although I have pizza now and then) at all. I haven't really been exercising much solely due to school and studying for the bar exam. So that'll really start happening in August (although I do have a resistance band set that I use every other day).
But yeah. Eating what I like, never once felt like I had no options to eat, and at my first goal weight.
Here's to the next goal weight of 225 (my old sports playing weight). Maybe I can hit that by New Year's? Possibly a bit ambitious, but I'll give it a shot. I'm hoping to start playing ice hockey again this spring, so if I don't hit it by then I won't be too far from it after playing again.
