I was sleeved in March and got off track once school started. I went crazy eating anything in the teacher's lounge and all the Halloween candy I could get. I also started "needing" a bedtime snack of goldfish or something equally not good for me. I went in for a checkup and the doctor told me to do a "start over diet". I started it today (a month and a half after he suggested it!) He said to do 2 days of liquids and 3 days of mushy, soft foods, just like after surgery. But, 2 days instead of 2 weeks and 3 days rather than 3 weeks. After putting it off and putting it off, I decided I didn't pay all that money to go back to old habits so easily. He said this would retrain my sleeve and cut out all of the cravings I'd allowed myself to start having. I will say that after the first few hours today on liquids, I was fine. It's all in my head actually. My doctor said by doing just this 5 days of retraining, it should jumpstart my weight loss again. I hope it works and I hope it helps you!
