    I am new to this group. My highest weight in 2011 was 476lbs. I was able to lose over 200lbs with diet and exercise. I maintained that until I was diagnosed with MS in 2013 then had more medical issues after that. I just had Gastric Sleeve on the 18th. Starting weight 325. I am excited to see what I can accomplish with my new tool.
