I wish that was my Facebook page....
It never bothered me if someone mentioned my weight ( which rarely happened) because I k ew I was fat....no surprises there. Im thinking I'd be the same way if I were super skinny. I have eyes.
I also dont don't have a brain/mouth filter, though, so I've been known to say things that I had no idea would bother someone.

If you and your doctor are comfortable with your weight, that's all that matters.
I think you're doing VERY well. Period.
Now, let's consider all of the complications you've had. You're doing a TREMENDOUS job. I'm sorry people just won't let it alone. Your best bet is to ignore the opinions of people who don't understand (whether that's due to a lack of knowledge about the situation or from an unwillingness to attempt empathy).
Your struggle to be healthy is YOUR struggle. You are doing what you can to help yourself to be fit and well (And to help others, myself included. Thank you.) by dealing with your reality and doing the best you can. Every day.
Keep up your hard work. Ignore the haters.
Some people were just born to be asshats. They were probably the first people to criticize you and say you needed to lose weight before. As others said, if you're comfortable in your skin and your doctor thinks you're doing well..to hell with everyone else. Do you girl!
