It is pretty hard. We listen to the nutritionists telling you to drink 48-64 oz of water or other drinks and you think that is pretty easy. WRONG! It is still hard to meet the 64 oz goal. You have to pay attention to every sip.... if you forget, you are done. If you do it to fast, hurt as hell. I did not take any pain pill since I left the hospital, which is good. After 15 days of surgery, I had a really really bad back pain that took me to ER. I did a ton of tests and it end up being stones on my gallbladder, which I did not have before surgery. They told me that fast weight loss can lead to this... I am in very good shape now and began my walks outside and on treadmill last Monday. Keep the faith guys! Like my husband said, what is done is done. Just follow Dr advise.
