Default What kind of chewable multi vitamin

I'm taking Celebrate Multi. But they make me gag and are so hard to chew and get down.
I'm also on B12 and D and those are much more easier to take.

    Any suggestions ?

I take Bariatric Advantage and it's a pill. My surgeon's office said it's ok to take pills now.

I take optisource. It's a chewable. Take 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening. Cost about $30 per month and the nice thing is you can pick them up at places like Walgreens. Most others I have seen you have to order or go to specialty places.

Yeah I didn't take my multi until I could do pills because they would make me sick. I just took my B12, Calcium, and biotin the first month. Then started taking my multi vitamin. I have never been able to stomach multi vitamins much (just opening the container the smell gags me because I have a super keen sense of smell) so there was no way to use them the first month for me. I have to take it before bed or it will make me sick even now. Don't know why but like I said, never really been able to tolerate multi vitamins.

I currently take 2 Flintstones complete multivitamins per day (not the gummies). In the past I have taken Centrum chewable multivitamins with success. Both of these brands are ridiculously affordable at less than $8 for a 1-month supply.

I also take sublingual B12, vitamin D, and calcium citrate.

I also took two Flinstones chewables and sublingual B-12. They didn't upset my stomach at all and were very inexpensive.

I take a sip of water while chewing the vitamins. It helps tamp down the chalkiness that can be a problem.

IMO all chewable vitamins are nasty. Except for gummies, but they are not complete and not recommended. Just swallow regular vitamins or go to patchmd.com and use the patches till you can swallow regular vitamins.

I am using multi centrum chewable, started again tonight for the first time after surgery (3 days ago) and it went down well. It was in the list of vitamins the surgeon gave me.
