    Default Crabbiness

Has anybody experienced crabbiness? Is that the carb withdrawals? So far I have no food cravings and no issues with feeling hungry but man my patience is real thin! Usually I'm described as having the patience of a saint but not lately! Lol. We'll see how my first night back at work goes tonight. I'm a 911 dispatcher, I may need to request to work a radio channel so I do not go off on someone calling in for some annoying non emergency Main pet peeve callers are the people who call about an abandoned vehicle in front of their house or the parents who refuse to be civil on child exchange days, be adults because the only ones who suffer are the innocent children

Now my co workers may not be safe! 😬 Wish me luck!

    HW - 251

    Two months - 202. - 10 lbs. to date total 49

Eight months. 180 Total lost to date. 71 pounds

    Oh, yeah!

As we lose weight, the fat that's breaking down is CHOCK FULL of old hormones that are littering our body's landscape. And as the fat is broken down, those hormones flood our blood streams. That's true for women AND men.

Trust me, a newly sleeved patient of either sex is likely to suffer from monster PMS.

Just cut yourself some slack. And, better yet, cut your coworkers and family members and friends some slack, too. Chances are that everyone is NOT conspiring against you right now. This will pass.

    Best to you!

Sounds like you have quite a stressful job, crabbiness is probably more job related than weight related! Hope things get better for you, sending happy thoughts!

So I managed my crabbiness at work so far, I have less then 2 hours to go BUT one of the slightly difficult parts was facing all the food here, someone always brings in treats or there is always candy around Plus I did most of my eating while at work, stress eating So it has been a little strange not eating a piece of that cake or having my normal chips and guacamole but I've managed This is a completely different way of life now, but as I told my husband last night it will be worth it, he told me whatever makes me happy

My job has constant food as well. Either coworkers bring it in or my work is rewarding us for something. I know exactly how you feel. Luckily I can't just randomly eat while on the phone so I have to actually get up and get it. So that helps.

You can still have the guac, just without the chips. I get those little 2.5 oz individual servings of guac from Costco....they're awesome!
