Not necessary, but sure nice to have!

I got one of those hand blenders, they are so nice! I pureed down a can of Campbells Creamy Chicken Noodle soup while it was heating right in the pot! A little extra milk was added to cut back on the saltiness and to make it very drinkable! Yum! Then I rinsed the blender off under hot running water and blended together Jello Sugar Free, and Fat Free, if made with skim milk, Cheesecake Pudding. Another yum! Someone gave me this hand blender for Christmas, glad they did!
