I am extremely thrilled that I had read on here early on by someone about the My Fitness Pal website. I have faithfully been using it for everything that passes through these lips and it's a Godsend to have all the calories, protein, fat, sugars,etc... right in front of me. I am printing out each sheet and bringing my folder to my next nutrition meeting/class. I'm on 1200 calories a day (most days for some reason I barely hit 900) and I can look up everything I have eaten and it's in their search tool. I love it.
