I use to get headaches when I gave up foods that I normally ate every day. I found the headache went away after a week or so. For me it was sort of a withdrawel symptom.

Dr. A (Ask Dr. A show on Youtube, and a GREAT guy all around, one of the top WLS surgeons) Says it's likely just from the fact that you're not getting enough carbs... So I guess the recommendation would be to drink some apple juice when they come on and see if that helps.

    Hope it works for you!

it should go away after 3-4 days, once you've detoxed from whatever crap has been in your system, including caffeine

I've been having all-day headaches (not migraines) for the last week since my surgery, as well. Plenty of fluids and eating enough. I'm hoping the headaches will go away, since I don't like taking Tylenol all day to counter them.
