Second weigh in today

So today I went in to have my weight verified by the nurse and in 12 days I lost a pound 😩. So in a total of 24 days I have lost 9 pounds . 16 pounds to go. So today I switched up my eating some and decided to do a protein shake for breakfast and for lunch. This is not easy. I walk like crazy. On wed my lady friend is suppose to be coming so maybe it's that.

You sound like you are doing it right. The only thing I could even offer is to read your labels, anything over 3 g of sugar per serving is going to keep you from reaching Ketosis. And watch your carbs for the same reason. Once you are making Ketones you will lose weight. I purchased testing strips on amazon to make sure I am sabotaging myself-I still do just not a frequently.

I was under 20 net carbs a day for a freakin month and the strip never showed ketosis. But I lost weight....

If you stick to 20 or under carbs and drink tons of water you will make it. It is hard but it works. Water water water!
