Welcome! It's an amazing journey and this is the best gift you can give yourself and your spouse. A healthier future. It's not easy in the beginning but it gets better day by day. Everyone's path is different but it's helpful to read them because it can help you on yours. Just remember what works for each person may not be the same. So keep an open mind and reach out whenever you need to. You'll get lots of great information on what helped others.
