Oh noes. Is there going to be restrictions on ice cream as well?

I've never heard of that brand.

If you love ice cream, it will do the job. I'm not an ice cream freak, so I can take it or leave. (I do have three containers of the stuff in my freezer as we speak!). Give it a try.

not sleeved yet so I only pipe in based on my history of being gluten free and lactose intolerant. One of my favorite desserts to curb wanting ice cream is frozen blue berries. They need to be frozen to get the full effect. They are cold, crunchy and still healthy for you.

I tried it and I am in love with Halo Top Ice Cream. Low in calories and sugar but high in protein. Its like my Gastric Sleeve Fairy Godmother created it just for me. Ive had no dumping or side effects. I am 4 week post op and this certainly curbs any sugar cravings.

you know I am not a fan of them either... however the key is make sure they are frozen... they taste less like a blue berry and more like a frozen treat. Seriously they are delish. And if I really want to live on the edge... I will pour just a smidge almond milk over the top. OH MY HEAVENS! Delish!

I saw a recipe on WW tonight that was put washed grapes in a zip lock bag, add a package on sugar free jello, shake bag and freeze. Eat and enjoy. I'm thinking it would work for other fruits that freeze well.
