I've heard that after surgery you'll need to take chewable vitamins for a while. What are some good ones?
IMO there's no such thing as a tasty chewable vitamin. To me they all taste nasty, chemically or chalky. I used vitamin patches at first, for about two months. Now I take regular vitamins....when I can remember...which is hardly ever.

I am 6 days pre op and have been searching for one thats tolerable. Mary Ruths organic liquid multivitamin is great- I have that is still great postop!
Pricey at $40 a bottle each month but after all I will be saving alot on food- I get it on Amazon. I will let you know how it is post op--Best Wishes!
Just so I understand, we CAN take regular vitamins after awhile??? I am only 2 months out and sick of the sweetness of the chewables. I thought there was something about our bodies not absorbing fast enough with the sleeve and we had to always do chewables? Or was that just the B12? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks
