    Yes, You can do it. Before my surgery I could not gain any weight or they would not do the surgery. I wanted it so bad I lost 20 pounds just giving up sugar. I has the surgery July 20. It's not as easy as what people think but it's a great tool for weight loss. You have to watch what you eat and drink but carbs and sugar are the main things to stay away from

    Yeah, that's my plan as well. Get plenty of protein, lots of liquids, and count my carbs. Forever. It'll be my new way of 'eating for life'; instead of 'eating to death'.
