Are you currently on a pre-op diet? how are you doing? My last week on liquid diet was the easiest part, I hope it's the same for you.

Going in Wednesday afternoon. Nervous and not sure how I will heal. Been doing the liquid diet this week. Almost there but so tough.

Pauldarosaranch relax you'll be alright did you go alone ? Well I wish you well mingle with the others that are having it also the hotel driver will take you to the local mall and the movie theatre plays most English ,the local mall is an outside mall so dress warm.

I think it's normal to be somewhat nervous before ANY kind of surgery. I'm a nurse so I know things....lol

I had my first ever surgery two years ago, shoulder repair. I was nervous. Had my elbow repaired in sept 2015, not as nervous, but still a little bit.

I can only imagine how I'll be before I get sleeved.

I had my surgery on December 14th with Dr alamanza and everything was excellent. The facility is clean the hotel is wonderful and the staff is fantastic. They are there for you 24/7 if you have any questions. I also freaked out but there is nothing to worry about. Since my surgery 2 months ago I have lost 34 pounds and went from a size 18 to a size 14. The shorts that I bought for my vacation this past November are way too big on me in fact I can slip them on and off without even on doing them, they are very baggy and look terrible. Which makes me smile. Lol anyway good luck if you have any questions just add me as a friend and feel free to ask.

I am on the before diet as far it is going good
