7 months out, very little hair loss BIOSIL

I am 7 months out and doing amazing. My hair loss has been very minimal. I am so glad because I have gorgeous hair. I started taking BIOSIL from the moment the doctor told me I could take my vitamins. I did notice I loss a bit more hair than usual around 4 to 5 months, but my hair still looked the same. It never looked thin. It was very little loss. I swear by those pills.

I had the surgery in August and I've not had any hair loss. I don't take anything extra with my vitamins but I do make sure I keep my protein levels up. That prevents hair loss plus it helps with healing and feeds your organs.

Ditto to rayer... I did absolutely nothing except get in all my protein and never lost a strand. Surgery was 2 years ago. It's all just a crap shoot. Of course I never stressed about hairloss or preop diet or postop diet or stalls or anything else, so maybe that had something to do with it, too.
