Hello
I wanted to know if anybody can tell me their stall weeks? I have hit the first one which is 3 weeks. Help anybody..........
I hit my first stall during my second week after getting sleeved. I lost 8 pounds the first week, 1 pound the second week, and nothing during the third week, so I stopped weighing myself until I reached my one month surgical anniversary. The stall eventually broke and I was another 6 pounds lighter on that day.
What's happening to you is normal. There's plenty of information and support on these forums regarding the infamous 'Three Week Stall.' Good luck to you and keep on fighting for a healthier, slimmer life.

Yeah, the stalls aren't very predictable -- except for the first one called the Three Week Stall, which happens anywhere from 1 to 4 weeks post-op. And not everybody suffers that one either.
The main thing IMHO is not to sweat stalls if they last only a few weeks. Just keep doing what has worked for you -- plenty of protein, protein first, lots of water, moving more and more (although lots of strength training can make you "stall" while you're building muscle, but it all works out in the end) and then BOOM! you'll suddenly see the scale drop.
I know everyone says this a lot, but for the newbs, truly, hear this: Do NOT compare yourself to others. That advice is probably impossible to heed perfectly. But honestly, the only people who lose 30 pounds a month (early on) are larger people -- mostly guys and, often, younger guys. If you follow your program well, you will lose all your weight. You didn't gain this weight overnight. You won't lose it overnight. Frankly, if you did, you'd look like this:
