I started at 205 thought my goal would be 130. I reached 145 and im loving my body size so i changed my goal weight to 145, i currently weigh 144! i passed my goal weight!! yeah This is the only thing that has worked for me. Thank you, Dr. Armanza!
First off, you are doing great! I too adjusted my goal, when I got to a goal I had set 30 years ago I fount it to be too low, I got there but realized it just was too low. We all make adjustments, I just need to keep my BMI as a guide, not like set in stone, but a reasonable guide to follow.
