Hi everyone- I haven't been here in a while. I'm trying to get back to normal (whatever that is) after my husband's death Feb. 24. I've not been great at eating right, but I keep catching myself and correcting, so I've been up and down the same 3 pounds for a month. I still want to lose more (today I was a good girl and ate correctly). Tracking is very important to me; it keeps me honest with myself. I have been going to the gym about every other day- sometimes I skip 2 days. I'm going to attach a couple of pictures- one is from last summer when my husband and I drove to TX (the pic is at Arches Nat'l Park). The other picture is me yesterday with my new quilting t-shirt. Here goes
