Has anyone tried Vida or MyfitnessPal?

Has anyone on here used a health coaching service like Vida or tracker like MyFitnessPal to get in shape?

Fitness Pal is great. They have every food known to man in there database. Not sure about the other you mentioned.

I use MyFitnessPal too. It helps me track my calories and protein.

I've used Fatsecret for years and years. It tracks food (as well as sub columns like fiber, protein, even potassium and cholesterol) and exercise and has some great communities and challenges. The only drawback is that to my knowledge, it doesn't sinc with any of those fitness bands/wrist thingies. I've been thinking of getting one but I don't want to start a new tracking system when I have 5 years using Fatsecret.

I use MFP, haven't tried Vida yet.

I’ve been using MFP to track my calories but I just started using Vida health coaching and I really like it. It’s like MFP + a workout buddy. I’ve lost 5 pounds already in 4 weeks on my way to losing 20. Coach Jen is awesome. I created a group with my bridesmaids and they’re doing it too.

I can't imagine my life without My Fitness Pal. It keeps track of my caloric intake, my exercise, and it provides nutritional information ( amount of fat, carbs, protein, etc.) it is invaluable...how else could I keep track of what's going into my mouth?! And the best part...the app is free.

My wife and I recently started using MFP, it has a neat interface with the Fitbit Flex and the food database is fantastic!

I am now on the hunt for a smart scale to integrate with it.

I had no idea that MFP could sync with the Fitbit! I really don't like the food log on Fitbit, so this just made my day!

I have been playing with MFP for a little while now.

I can input my own recipes manually or even import them from a website.

we recently got a fitbit aria scale and it also feeds the MFP data!

I am liking this so much that I just ordered a fitbit flex for my wife.

We both now use MFP for tracking our daily intakes.

I love fitness pal except I need to track carbs more then calories and it shoes carbs but doesn't have away to monitor them so I still journal.
