Help about food

I am wondering if other people are experiencing this. I have a hard time eating meat. I can finally eat a few very small bites and prob 15-20min later I get all phlemy and it feels like the food is stuck. I am trying so hard to get in all my food but doing very badly at it now that I went back to work. Any advice would be helpful. It feels like in order to get all my liquids and proteins in I would have to be swallowing something ALL the time!

Just saw the dietician today - she said as far as 6 mo out we'd need to have meat with some gravy, mayo, sauce of some kind. Are you trying to eat it dry? Perhaps some papaya enzyme or bromelain to help digest?

Meat in gravy defo goes down alot easier then dry meat does.
