Im 3 months out and stalled out , ive been the same weight for 3 weeks , i just stopped losing !
Im not gaining but im also not losing like i was , pre surgery i was 439 now im 388 and have been for 3 weeks , any help you could give would be great
Are you drinking enough? Eating enough? And exercising?
x
im drinking water all day long , i eat small meals , and i try and workout when i can , i know one of my major problems is i work shift work (stright nights 12hr shifts) i find when im home i lose but when i work it stays the same , i take my meals with me so im not ordering out , and if i have to i just order a side salad , im not discouraged just frustrated !!
I can imagine, i put my scales away so i don't jump on them every five seconds and worry why the lbs arn't going down quick enough, it's very frustrating. Maybe when you work because your doing such long hours your bodys way of coping is to hog all the calories and not give up any to weightloss.x
im eating chicken, talipia , tuna , my wife is in the health food so we only eat healthy foods in the house , im drinking about 64 to 80 oz of water daily i stopped eating bread i dont eat anything fried , if i get anythign to take to work its usually frozen health choice meals like steamers , but my wife said it could be the processed food !
Processed foods can be a killer on a diet, especially if you (like me) are sensitive to carbs. I could be eating 200 calories a day, but if I overdo on carbs I still won't lose. I have tried to diet a kajillion times on "healthy" tv dinners, but I never lose weight, plus they don't satisfy me.
Sounds like you are doing alot of things right! Wonder if you are getting enough sleep? Apparently if our bodies don't get enough sleep we won't loose either. I noticed during one of my stalls (which lasted way too long) that after I started taking melatonin and sleeping better my weightloss kicked in again. Also, are you getting in your calcium? I have read weight loss is also affected by not getting in our calcium. Hope this helps...if it's none of these just keep doing what your doing. Those darn stalls eventually go away and we start smiling again! Good luck!!! -- Lovin' my sleeve!
B12 will boost your metabolism. I was at a stall for 2 weeks and my Dr told me to start on B 12 and he was right I started losing again. Good luck to you and congrats on your loss so far.
