Nervous Upcoming surgery date 7/6/11

I am just beginning the process. Upcoming surgery 7/6/11. I attend my classes this week. Looking for words of advice and encouragement.

I am kind of nervous too. I am having mine on 7/7/11. I enjoy reading the forums and gathering information from everyone who has already had it done. This is a great site, so many nice people and all going, or will go through the same thing. Hang in there. You can do this!

thanks for such a warm welcome. Have you done the liver shrinking diet yet?

My doctor doesnt require it but I have lost over 20 pounds already. He says I cant gain any weight or my surgery will be cancelled. So I am trying to watch my diet, its difficult but I am doing it.
