Sugar content...that is why I put it back on the shelf. Thanks. But if it works for you that is awesome, I just did not want to add that much sugar to my diet. Have you tried the Oh Yeah premixed drinks? Love them and low carb and sugar but high in protein. I order them online. Chocolate is favorite followed by strawberry.
