This is very normal. Try not to weigh every day if it upsets you. You will see the difference in a month.

It is completely normal! Don't get upset about it. It may seem frustrating but it is normal for our bodies to fluxuate in weight on a daily basis. How much salt is in what you had? It could simply be water that is being held. I am constantly fluxuating between 3 to 4 lbs and when it drops a lil more comes off with it.

I'm thinking the cheese potato soup and beef broth may have been rather high sodium?
If you aren't having any pain to indicate an issue I'd also say, hang in there but call your doc/nutritionist perhaps they can put your mind at ease...
Best NSV - fitting on a kid's amusement park ride with my 4 yr old grandson!
CFIDS =Chronic Fatigue Syndrome) Also dx with post-bariatric reactive hypoglycemia; and chronic gastritis (both sleeve complications).
4 yrs out on 8/22/15 - start weight 335, 218 at 9 mo out, back up 45 lbs after 8 months of eating rice and pudding to survive gastritis. Still there today and working with gastro and endocrinology to try to get back down. But, I am grateful to have stayed where I am this long.

You are not measured by the number by your feet. Take a breath and step away from the scale for a while. It will do wonders for your positive thinkings =)
