4 days Post-Op and still in Hospital!

Needless to say my Journey began pretty eventless as most others in my area and situation have! But one day after surgery and unbearable gas pains (no matter how much walking I did) I returned to the hospital and have remained here since! I was sleeved on Monday October21st and released October 22nd at about 2pm to return to the hospitals emergency room at 6pm Wednesday october 23rd with pain in the abdomen, chest, back, shoulder, neck, massive headache, dizziness, and nauseousness!!! Its not Friday October 26th and the pains have al subsided I have had multiple tests done, a massive amount of blood taken, and have had more IV fluids then I think my body can handle! But finally got news that as soon as I can tolerate enough liquids to hydrate myself I should be sent home tomorrow! Thank the good lord I get to see my babies! Hoping that since I haven't had any liquids since early Wednesday morning I can regain control of this journey and hydrate myself orally! My poor ity bity belly is looking for some satiety!!!

Oh I am SO sorry to read that your new tummy is giving you grief! Prayers that you will feel better soon, and will be able to be released tomorrow. I just got home last night from my Mexican adventure, and was so glad to be home to my own bed and doggies. Even though where I was all was really great, there's o place like home!

Oh I'm so sorry you had such troubles! That gas is a tough bugger to get rid of. I also got home yesterday from my Mexican adventure and glad to be in my own surroundings. Trying to stay hydrated and get enough protein in. Hope you are doing better soon. Can't believe it will be a week tomorrow.

Hey I have a quick question how did you get a ticker that states how much you've lot and how much more you have to go? And I realy hope you find your pup losing a family friend/member is very hard! All the best to you and yours!
