    Default Hey guys

Its been 4 months and it has been a ride. I'm down to 210 and can wear a size 14. I started out my journey weighing 308 which was in February of this year. Day of surgery I weighed 271. All together 98lbs. Wow. I started wearing a size 24. I can't believe all that has been happening to me and my body. I work out at least 5 days a week and also do a lot at work that is very physical so I feel great. I'm not going to lie it has been hard especially the first month but I feel great. I still haven't been out to eat because I'm still a little nervous being around people eating and a lot of food. But I made a promise when I get to 199 my husband and I are going out to dinner. I just wanted to say this site has been wonderful and helpful so thank you guys. Keep up the great work. Welcome to the skinny side lol

Protein is a must. I know when I get more protein it helps. Also changing up your exercise routine really helps. I think I lose inches first then I lose the weight.
