Found a tolerable protein shake!!

Hello all!! I signed back up for Curves and this evening after work was my first work out!! Felt great!! When I was there I noticed that they had protein powder for shakes. I asked if they had sample packets of the powder to take home and try. They did not, but it gets better!! They made me a shake while I was there. The used the vanilla powder with milk instead of water and added a tablespoon of sugar free cheesecake pudding mix in powder form the the mix and it was delicious. No funny taste or after taste. The containers of powder are $21.50 and makes 15 shakes. Just thought I would share my experience with you all!!

What are the protein count, calories, carbs???? What a great idea to use the pudding mix!!!

Syntrax Nectar also rocks. No aftertaste, a variety of flavors. I mix the lemonaide flavor with a mix of low sugar lemonaide and water. I also tried the strawberry mixed with nonfat milk. Tasted just like the old nestle's strawberry milk when I was a kid.
