I've heard people say that thinning hair is a normal thing with this process. How long does this last? Any ideas on how I can stop it? I'm taking all my vitamins like I'm supposed to plus fish oil, biotin, magnesium, potassium, and extra iron.

When I was on the Bernstein diet I lost lots
of hair . It grew back
I have taken florasil it should help with the hair growth
