Keeps me on track to lose my required weight, work the program even now, eating small meals like afterward, using small utensils.... and am so looking forward to being on the "other side".
Using my kids sesame street utensils I had kept from 30 yrs ago, with a fancy china bread plate and a small side bowl we called a monkey dish when we had a restaurant. Since my family - my daughters and grandsons, are one major reason I am doing this, it makes me smile to ironically eat my food with a cookie monster fork (hehe)...
again, thanks to all of you! hugs to the group and Goddess bless!
Best NSV - fitting on a kid's amusement park ride with my 4 yr old grandson!
