    Default Maintaining weight

So this question is for everyone who is not interested in losing weight.

I am at goal. I was going to push the extra 5 pounds off but I feel good here. So. How many cals do you eat to maintain? Do you eat your exercise cals back too? Any tips?

I would eat the exercise calories back during weight maintenance.

One thing though, for people who have been obese, we generally have slower metabolism. Need 20% less calories than an individual who has never been obese. So you may not be able to maintain at 2200 calories like myfitnesspal suggests. Give it a try.
    (Goal!!! Maintenance Lane!)

    • Reduce calories intake for weightloss.
    • Exercise for heart health, mental health and weight maintenance.
    • Make realistic goals.
    • Never give up.
