1-15 ounce container skim milk ricotta cheese
1/4 teaspoon vanilla or almond flavor
1/4 cup powdered sugar (made with splenda and corn starch or just plain splenda)
1-8 ounce container lite or fat free Cool Whip
Trying to come up with a variety for the soft food stage. I had this at a cook-out yesterday and passed on the fruit and cinnamon pita to dip. Started me thinking or ways to get my protein in.
