...is that I didn't do this years ago. I see so many posts about pre-opers being nervous and scared, as I was! Of course there could be complications, but they are slim. THIS WAS THE BEST DECISION OF MY LIFE! I have ALMOST reached the 50lb mark and I'm LESS than 3 months post-op. I have had so much support from my friends and family and get comments DAILY about the way I look! (Positive comments!) For the first time ever, I don't mind posting full-body pictures on Facebook. I still have a long road ahead of me, as I'd like to ideally lose another 70-80lbs, but the happiness that this surgery has brought me gives me the will to KEEP PUSHING! Good luck to all of you who are considering or are getting ready to have the surgery. And to all my fellow sleevers, I hope life is being as kind to you as it is to me!

i know what you mean i feel the same! i had my sleeve on 4th april 2011 and have lost 60lbs, i feel great, i love the new me and so does my hubby. ive had fantastic support from my family and friends. im just so happy i have my life back!
