5 days post-op here....I honestly don't know whether to laugh or cry, but I just woke up to a dream of having a nice big juicy cheeseburger. I was telling my colleagues "have you tried the new grille here? The burgers are awesome!" Now I know these funky Percosets can play tricks on your mind, but I swear I actually woke up with the sensation that I had just taken a big juicy bite!

Come on! It's this just coincidence or...?

I had my surgery on the third of sept. I'm 3 weeks in. After surgery about my fourth day I started craving food. I was very confused and sad. Lol I thought to myself what have I done. Did I do the right thing? I think the first week was the hardest for me. Now I'm not hungry and I'm not getting crazy cravings. Hang in there it will get easier!!!!

I had vivid dreams of eating my favorite foods, they started about three days ago. My surgery was 9/16. I thought it might be my pain meds. Lol

Hi Dave,
Reading this really made me laugh. Reason being, 4 years ago I was put on medication for high blood pressure. At the time my doctor told me that a side affect of this medication could be that I would have very vivid dreams. (And I absolutely do!) I am due to have my sleeve operation next month and hopefully with the loss of weight I was thinking to myself that the dreams would stop. Now you are telling me this might not be the case!!! I just see the funny side of this - I'm still laughing even as I write.
