Post op Day 3 core power protein shake ok?

I am flying all day and getting weak. Found these protein shakes at airport. Ate they ok?

Good Morning,
I just googled those and I would have to say no. I am new to this as I have not had the surgery yet but I read my post op diet and I don't see anything containing milk product; my fear would be that it may cause gas. Everything I am supposed to eat is a clear liquid such as:
-Isopure Clear Protein drinks: strawberry, grape, blueberry, alpine punch (these look like koolaid)
-Zero-Carb Isopure Mix
-Beef/chicken broth-low sodium or strained soups
-Sugar free jello
-Crystal Light, sugar free kool-aid or other sugar free non carbonated drink
-Sugar free popsicles-less than 15 calories per serving
I hope this help you, I wish I had a more definitive answer for you, this is just my opinion.
