I understand totally. I only lost 1 pound my first month out. BECAUSE, I was only eating about 300 calories. I was starving (I couldn't tell). The next 2 weeks I went up to about 800 calories a day and lost 13 pounds. This is my third month out and I've only lost about 5 pounds. I haven't been exercising so I think maybe it's slower because of that. I also wonder why I can't eat 1,000 calories and still lose weight. I did that several years ago and lost 25 pounds in a month. Why is it so much different after the sleeve?
