New awareness about hair loss

I have been saying I haven't lost much hair. But today I posted a before and after face shot. It is obvious my hair is much thinner than it was 100 pounds ago. I guess I was just fortunate to have enough hair that my present condition is still acceptable. So, Biotin and lots of protein are not the miracle cure I had hoped and professed they were.

Protein and zinc are really good for hair loss. I have plenty of hair as well if it happens to me, it believe I will still be okay with it.

I have baby fine hair and very little of it to speak of, but thus far, knock on wood, I've seen only minimal loss. I definitely lose more hair every time I wash/brush, but it's not noticeable to anyone but me including my hair dresser. I've been religious about vitamins, including biotin, but I think it's just luck of the draw.

This really scares me, as I have super fine hair, as well, and not much of it. Thankfully, one of my closest friends is my hair dresser and she knows we're putting in extensions if I have a problem.

I haven't noticed any hair loss. Of course, I have always had really thick hair and these days I keep it buzz cut. Maybe I wouldn't notice for a while.

I had surgery feb 132012 and my hair loss is horrible. I have had think curly hair all my life. The amount of hair I lose daily is very depressing. My hair is so thin it won't lay correctly. Has anyone heard of the hair stop coming out and growing back?

Went to my hair dresser yesterday and she recommended HSN Andrew Lessman Hair, Skin, and Nail Vitamin. She said that your hair would grow back.
