I am 20 months out and feeling great. I have been holding steady at 138-142 and feel I will be maintaining there now. I started swimming last summer and tightening up when I had my mommy makeover. Just got released to exercise when I hurt my knee at work. That was in October. So no exercise. Just had surgery yesterday will be down 4 weeks. I feel so flabby and loose. Still same weight though. Any ideas??
