Jersey John, I am in Flemington NJ, not too far from you. How was your surgeon? Do you mind me asking the rough price? You can PM me if you want to instead?
I am in the early stages here, just doing research of local surgeons/hospitals/clinics & seeing what the prices are and what they offer. I will probably be self-pay as I do not think my insurance will cover my surgery.
I absolutely LOVE my doctor and his whole crew....I have a follow up appointment this week. I'm not sure of the price, my soon to be ex wife is a hospital employee so our coverage was almost total as long as I stayed within the hospitals special network. Dr Noyan is the Department chief at Robert Wood Johnson Hamilton. Funny thing is my claims are processed by Aetna but paid by Robert Wood Johnson...they billed themselves $95,000 in hospital charges and I was there for maybe 36 hours. This included a $50,000 "implant". If they weren't billing themselves I would have had to report them for insurance fraud....
Contact Dr Noyan's office they will probably quote you their price, though I'm sure it is higher than most. He's worth every penny in my book.

I live in South Amboy but am having my surgery in NYC due to the lack of choice on my insurance. Though I am happy with that choice I am not looking forward to the traveling post op. I don't have a date set yet. I am at the final stages of the process. I've finished all my required testing and I am at the last nutritional visit. Just waiting for my primary to get my info over to the surgeon and for them to submit approval to insurance. God knows how long that will take. Feels like a forever journey.
Hey Jersey Family! Just wanted to check in and see how everyone was doing. Maybe hear something positive. I'm a month out and have hit my first stall. I wasn't too worried, I hear it happens to all of us. I can't complain because I look great but I would like to find a support group in the central jersey area and I wish I could stop gaining. I'm stuck at 204 and from day to day between morning and night I can go up a pd or two or even three. Is this normal? Hope you all are having great success.
