I am scheduled to have the sleeve procedure on 09/20/2011 with my 47th birthday on 09/23. This will be the best present I can give myself. I am super excited and starting to get nervous. I have researched the sleeve procedure and watched youtube videos and I am prepared for this new journey. The pre-op program has not been that difficult as I thought. I have gotten into an excercise routine that works great for me and truly enjoy it. I look forward to gaining friendships and support from this group.
