minxie---- I'm not limiting my carbs; I eat such small amounts I didn't think that it would matter & i'm not exercising. I'm a RN and work four 12hour days per week but I know I need to exercise. I have an elliptical and I feel so out of shape when I'm on it. My fault that I'm not losing weight as quickly as I would like it. What types of protein do you eat?
