I checked my bmi today and I am no longer MORBIDLY obese! What a disgusting term by the way.
i need to get down to 169 now so i can just be "overweight"

Finally reached Onderland 3/1/2013
Height 5'3" Small frame
Starting BMI day of surgery : 45.7 MORBIDLY OBESE CLASS 3
BMI current 26.0 OVERWEIGHT
my first goal is to get to 141pounds, that will put me in the NORMAL range bmi. My second goal is 120, which is thin and healthy.

Congratulations! I would gladly take obese over super morbidly obese (which I am now). Take care and soon you will be overweight! HEE HEE.

Date of surgery weight 340
12 week checkup 301 BMI <50 yeah!
Weight on birthday 3/24/48 Goal 285 would be nice.
