Dan I know what it is like passing from one set of numbers to the next...it is a superb feeling especially since you know you will never see that dreaded 4 as the first number as your weight again! Kudos to you and it only has down to go and better to get!!!!!

Honestly it was a piece of cake, I was up walking with 4 hours of surgery, continued to walk while in the hospital, the hardest part was the day of ice chips after syrgery, then the xray leak test the next day, after that it was all good, I have been walking at least a mile a day since discharge and have at times walked 2, activity is key, I have probably done i little too much at times I have aggrevated an internal stitch in my abdominal wall that give me pain every now and then but overall it has been good. The best part for me is I dont feel hungry all the time, in fact very rarely since surgery have I even felt hungry. It is amazing. I also had a drain that was uncomfortable for a week but it came out with no problems or pain. Overall a very positive experience that I would recommend to anyone over 400 or 300 for that matter, good luck
