    Default Exersize post op

I did my 2nd workout since the op tonight.
Now I feel really sick. Don't even want fluids.
I didn't lift anything heavy. Now I'm worried.

Well there all sorts of reasons for it. From my studying, I would have to ask did you have any protein within 30 minutes afterwards. What type of discomfort are you having? Muscular or internal? Headaches? Maybe you were not hydrated enough prior to the working out. You most defiantly need to remain hydrating.

I hope it is nothing serious. You may not want to but keep drink your fluids and rest up. Maybe you just over did it a little to soon. You have got yo ease back into it gradually after major surgery. Hope you feel better soon. Keep us posted there may be something we can learn from your experience. Hope it is nothing serious.

Im 22 days post op and been walking jogging and running 2.5 miles a few times. Each time after i feel like total shit right after and have to lie down for a few.. Im not worried cause i know im completely out of shape. I would have felt the same way if i hadnt had surgery and then went 2.5 miles. I know my body isnt used to the fast heart rate and rapid breathing and oxygen consumption. So if your feeling like this i thinks its pretty normal your body is like.. What the hell are you doing to me.. if you lifted or tore or strained thats a totally different pain and in that case I suggest stretching lightly twice a day take things easy. Glutemine added to your protein will lessen the soreness of a workout. It repairs muscle and its good for you. Odorless tasteless powder add to water or protein.

Don't push yourself to much your still healing do small amounts or just walk, jogs just like gimini eyes does. I know I started doing Zumba when I was given the ok but I started 20,30 now I can do 1.5-2hrs lol. Just be careful wish you the best.
